CCE, with the support of the Commonwealth Foundation and others, has been in Tonga and New Zealand on activities in the Pacific Islands Citizenship Education Capacity Building Programme (PICE).

This website www.citizenshipeducation.net is being progressively redeveloped to support PICE programme activities.
